The second Ghana International Trade & Finance Conference (GITFIC) will take place on April 10 and 11, 2018, in Alisa Hotel (North Ridge), Accra.GITFIC2018 will once again bring together industry players, businessmen and women, young and old entrepreneurs, in and outside of Ghana under one roof to a conference on various pressing issues. Just like GITFIC2017, industry professionals will take turns to present topical issues within the sectors Trade & Finance which are affecting or impacting on Ghana’s economy.

If you would like to participate in GITFIC2018, GNBCC Members are offered a 15% discount. Instead of the normal fee of GHS 750 you pay GHS 637,50 only. This fee covers entrance and conference material.

The entire conference will be focused on indigenous solution-driving and topical issues. Egypt will handle topical intra-trade issues citing the Northern African zone as a case-study whilst Namibia does same for Southern Africa. South Africa will take turns to present a true story of doing business and acquiring funding in the SADC zones for Ghanaian business persons. Ghana will do the same for the Western African countries.

Other speakers from Trade & Finance backgrounds will present on trade and financing solutions and trends for the region. Presenters include representatives from AGI, GIFF, AU, Mexico, Venture Capital, Ghana Shippers Authority and others. The Vice-President of Ghana is expected to open the conference.

This edition will also have a combined presentation  on the financial instruments available of the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO) for Ghanaian entrepreneurs and their Dutch partners and what is on offer for Ghanaian companies when they join the Ghana Netherlands Business & Culture Council.
